Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

It offers private off road parking, close to local amenities and only a short distance from the beach, shopping at Gunwarf and the historic dockyard. This is a great base for business or pleasure. Local transport links are close by making it easy to get around town or further afield such as Goodwood.
