The location is peaceful and remote but only six miles to Interstate 93 and within twenty- five minutes of Plymouth, Lincoln, and Waterville Valley. The stand-alone apartment with private entrance is located above the garage which has its own deck overlooking the spacious backyard. This is a great base camp for all the adventures that the Western White Mountains have to offer!

Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi. Plenty of parking, private keypad entry and access to gardens and yard on property, fully stocked kitchen and WiFI!

This private unit has plenty of space to stretch out. Located on the second floor, this newly renovated unit is the first of 8 units of a historic building being fully renovated back to life. We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
