Our large yard provides ample space to enjoy the stunning view. From May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

Escape to this spacious 3-bedroom waterfront oasis on Mineola Bay. Enjoy stunning sunset views over the lake every evening from multiple decks with plenty of outdoor seating. Bring your boat and dock it at one of the two docks on the property. Inside, have a blast with a pool table and ping pong. Be amazed on the walk out lake view wood deck in the back yard, and watch sunsets fall over the bay and color the sky. The back patio is a great place to relax, entertain & relax. Fish or dock your watercraft at our pier if needed. There is a 4-5 person hot tub on the back deck for you to relax and unwind (Hot tub included in the price on this property).
