Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
