The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with 1 twin & 1 double bedroom upstairs & dual aspect windows inc large skylight. Downstairs has a solid oak kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath & lovely living/dining room with French doors.

Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room.
