The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

The property owners are an elderly couple that live on the main floor of the property. The income from this suite goes toward the lifestyle services they need to stay in their house of 61 years. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law.
