Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hebt sich von anderen Häusern durch die sehr gute Ausstattung und die einmalige Lage ab. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Fernseher. Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Willkommen in unserer wunderschönen und modernen Seaside Villa Majestic, welche 2012 errichte und 2019 komplett renoviert wurde. Dabei wurden z.B nicht nur alle Böden erneuert sondern auch die Küche ausgetauscht. 2023 wurde die Seaside Villa Majestic von innne und außen neu gestrichen. Die Villa hat eine perfekte Lage in der Rosegarden Area mit Blick auf einen breiten Kanal. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Boot den offenen River.
