We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.

The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc

The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One driveway parking space is provided. The owner has 2 dogs that will bark as you come and go from the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.
