Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Die Küche (voll ausgestattet) ist im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade geöffnet. Balkon / Terrasse und Waschküche. Kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in allen Zimmern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es nachts, insbesondere im Sommer, in der Nähe laute Bars gibt.

Es befindet sich im Herzen der Serra de Tramuntana und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
