Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

"The Pig on Fig" is walking distance to Sutter Street and Lake Natoma! Adorable guesthouse is just one block from the best restaurants, shops, bars, entertainment and recreation in Historic Folsom. The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). A private guest suite all to yourself!

A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. A small table with chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen)

The surrounding nature provides a stunning and peaceful refuge. You feel as though you're a million miles away. And yet town is only a 5 minute drive, allowing access to anything you might need during your stay. We consider our land a sacred, healing place. Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here. We have discovered grinding rocks, shards of Chinese pottery, and ancient fire pits on the land.

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

This historic house in a peaceful spot at the road's end is just a short walk from old town Folsom. It is warm and light, with a modern color palette filled with original art and stained glass. *Chef's Kitchen *800 Thread count Cotton Sheets *Walk In Shower Chill on one of the two decks or explore our historic neighborhood and Saturday farmer's market, or bike the nearby path. Fast internet makes this a great place for business, too. Central heating and air.

It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more.
