This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

This beautiful, luxurious maisonette is situated in the tiny village of Sandgate. Situated close to the beach (mins away) and a flat walk along the seafront to more edgy and arty Folkestone, or walk the other way to more genteel Hythe. The roof terrace is for sun lovers and alfresco eating, not late night partying. The flat is quiet at night. There is paid parking close by and free parking a short walk away. A local guide will be provided.
