Karşıyaka'nın merkezindeki dairem, gürültüden uzak, ferah bir sokakta bulunmaktadir. Yeni binada olup, ara katta, balkonlu ve asansorludür. Karşıyaka sahile, çarşıya 10 dakika, metroya ise sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Evin çevresinde çok sayıda restaurant ve zincir marketler vardır. İzmir havaalanından direk metro ile ulaşım vardır. Ayrıca Karşıyaka Hiltown ve Mavibahçe alisveris merkezlerine ise tranway ile 20 dakika mesafededir. Huzurla konaklayacağınız temiz evime beklerim.
