In inverno la strada è impraticabile causa neve, per cui è necessario salire a piedi, con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.

Perfect hut for family holidays in any season, surrounded by nature with ample space for play, relaxation, mountain biking, outdoor life. It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Die Unterkunft, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt, besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Etagenbett, einer Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern (eines mit Etagenbett), einem Dachboden mit Doppelbett sowie einem Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für 6 Personen.
