This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Enjoy a day on the sand and walk home to this light and bright house with tall ceilings, windows in all directions, and the sound of the ocean from the deck. Fishing, beachcombing, hiking, whale watching, sand sports and golf are moments away from this amazing beach house. Florence has it all!

Unique location w/ a secure (out of sight) parking area on side of garage for your boat or UTV/ATV trailer. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.
