In auto 13 km per arrivare a Firenze, a 10 minuti per il The Mall. Vicino al ponte mediceo che porta direttamente al borgo medievale. Ottima posizione per visitare le maggiori città' toscane e la zona del Chianti e Mugello. Al piano terreno ingresso e camera matrimoniale, al piano seminterrato cucina abitabile, seconda camera con passaggio al bagno.

In centro storico vicinanze fiume Arno. Ben collegato con treni dalla stazione di Firenze S.M.N. e la stazione Incisa a pochi minuti da casa. O bus Busitalia (accanto a stazione uscita binario 16 Piazz. Montelungo) fermata sotto casa ( P.zz A. Gramsci Incisa) mi trovo al 3° piano no ascensore.
