Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Classic two story home (Edwardian) in the heart of San Francisco. Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

Unfortunately our house, including the suite, is going on the market in July of 2026. That said, and hoping for a quick sale, I recommend you look for another alternative If you're looking to book after this July. Modern, spacious two-room suite in beautiful Telegraph Hill – the perfect home base, whether you're touring SF and exploring The Embarcadero, North Beach, Chinatown, or the many other nearby neighborhoods, or working a few blocks away.

Russian Hill/ North Beach Garden Apartment

On the ground floor of a 1905 Victorian house is a sunny 1 bedroom and livingroom. The rooms have exclusive use of a beautiful large garden with partial views of the bay. The garden is the place to find peace quiet in the middle of our beautiful city. From the bed inside, you can relax and watch boats sailing in the bay. This is a hosted property. The host lives on the upper floors of this 4 floor building.
