Our Seaside cottage must be very high up for the best views in Cape Town. The place is simple, sweet& cozy but with BBQ & veranda for summer. Endless ocean views (whales and dolphins in winter), always a cooling breeze in summer (or the famous South Easter). The cottage is perfectly located so you can escape the hustle but at the same time are close enough to all attractions that Cape Town has to offer! With no shortage of activities from a round of golf at the Clovelly Golf Course, spying on the penguins residing at Boulder’s Beach as they go about their business to catching a wave at Muizenberg surfer’s corner. You are perfectly located to take advantage of all the Southern Penisula has to offer.

Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

We love the proximity our home has to fun Fish Hoek beach and local shops and are happy to share tips, potentially tours, of the surrounding attractions if guests don't mind Rob's booming personality and improv skills! Beachball B&B

Beachball B&B is located in the heart of the old village of Kalkbay. Set on a cobbled road that ends in a short flight of stairs it is not a thoroughfare. It is within easy walking distance of the tidal pool, the park, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, and the mountain behind with walking trails. The house dates back to 1875 and the unit is an independent wing with its own street access. The station is also close at hand, and there are wonderful shops to explore along the main road.
