The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Located on private property separate from the residence and is next to a tranquil pet friendly park, walking path and labyrinth. You will be 2min from downtown, Wegmans shopping, Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city skyline, all Universities and festivals.. Deer, foxes, bunnies, fire flys, unique birds are not garenteed. 😉

Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).
