Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. We are delighted to share this area with visitors who want to enjoy the flexibility of seclusion on the 50 acre hobby farm and use this as a base camp to enjoy the surrounding sites. This is wine country for sure! Within 8 miles is the Glider Capital of the world as well as historic Corning.

There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.
