Enjoy summers fishing, water-skiing or boating to your favorite restaurant from a slip at East Bluff Marina - just a 3 minute walk from the front door. Or rent a slip at Keuka State Park Marina or swim from the sandy beach.(3 Miles). Free boat launch from Penn Yan Park. Enjoy your favorite local wines on the covered porch as you overlook the lake, or relax in the six person hot tub off the private back deck. In the winter, ski at Bristol Mountain just thirty minutes away.
