Kuća u srcu Istre nedaleko grada Pazina, Sveti Petar u Šumi. Prostire se na 170m2 prostora s 2 etaže. U prizemlju se nalazi prostrani dnevni boravak s potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom s izlaskom na terasu i ljetnu kuhinju u kojoj možete uživati u roštiljanju. Velika spavaća soba s pogledom na bazen i kupatilom u prizemlju. Na katu se nalaze još 2 spavaće sobe svaka s kupatilom. U svakoj sobi imate klima uređaj kao i TV-SAT. I na gornjem katu možete uživati i odmarati na terasi.

Koča odraža čas med svetovnima vojnama, kajti nad njo je potekala Rapalska meja (1920). Nudi vso potrebno komoditeto in čar minulega časa. Nahaja se v območju Nature 2000, katero se stika z Regijskim parkom Snežnik. Predstavlja odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje bližnje okolice ( Snežnik, Pivška planota,...) kot tudi širše ( Kvarner, Brkini,...) kamor se lahko odpeljete z našimi e-kolesi, katera so vključena v ceno namestitve (dve nočitvi en dan brezplačna uporaba koles).
