The garden is extensive and private with beautiful lawns, an outdoor covered dining area and terrace with outdoor seating, and a panoramic view of the fields and hills. Full of its original character, completely refurbished in 2017, it offers great comfort with 2 spacious living rooms, and 5 double bedrooms, 4 of them ensuite. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite worktops and an electric AGA plus induction hob.

The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The Hut faces over the lake with glorious, uninterrupted views over the Fontmell Downs. The Hut is but offers a luxurious glamping opportunity with all the mod cons. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is suitable all year round.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

A thoughtfully designed space for two in glorious, peaceful Dorset countryside. Located on the edge of the lovely village of Hilton, this is a perfect place to hunker down for a few days or to use as a base for exploring all the amazing places that Dorset has to offer, all within easy reach. We are a gentle half hour stroll from Milton Abbey which is set in a magnificent Capability Brown landscape. We are also an easy trip (approximately 20 miles) from the spectacular Jurassic coast.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Firs is a beautiful one bedroom ground floor cottage in the village of Child Okeford which nestles under the iron age hill fort of Hambledon Hill. In the heart of the Dorset Countryside there is a pub, a farm shop and café, a post office and a village shop. Child Okeford is surrounded by beautiful countryside where you will find many delightful walks. Further afield you can head to the Jurassic Coast and beautiful beaches of Poole, Bournemouth and Weymouth.

The Parlour is a 3 double bedroom cottage which is part of Duntish Mill Farm that has recently been lovingly renovated. There is open plan living with vaulted ceilings and a cosy log burner. French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.
