Die Wohnung ist für sechs Personen ausgelegt, mit Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Fünf Parkplätze stehen ihnen zur Verfügung und weiter Überdachte Parkplätze für Motorräder und Bikes. Noch dazu haben wir platz für Ski und Snowboards. Die Wohnung befindet sich am ersten Stock im Haus wo ich mit meiner Familie wohne. Die Entfernung von der Wohnung zu dem Skigebiet Latemar Ski Center (URL HIDDEN) ist von ca. 800 m und bis zum Dorf Zentrum ca. 700 m.

Das 50m² große Apartment besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einem Schlafzimmer sowie einem Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für 4 Personen.
