Idéalement située à 20 minutes des stations de ski Les Gets , Sommand, Praz de Lys pour les amateurs de ski ou de randonnées l'été, mais également à 5 minutes du centre de ville de Marignier et de toutes les commodités( Boulangerie, super marché...) Nous sommes également à 40 minutes d'Annecy et 1h de Genève. La maison se situe au fond d'une impasse, sur un coteau avec une vue sur le Môle, Bargy.
