Important Property Maintenance Notice This home is undergoing a phased renovation throughout the year to enhance the property. As a result, certain rooms or areas of the home may be temporarily unavailable during your stay. No construction or maintenance work will take place while guests are occupying the home. All work will be scheduled between reservations whenever possible. However, to allow renovations to continue efficiently, designated areas may remain closed and inaccessible to guests until the work is complete. Any unavailable areas will be clearly identified in the listing description and are not included as part of the rental. The remainder of the home will be fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for your stay. Normal Wear and Tear: This is a privately owned home, not a newly constructed property. While we take great pride in maintaining the home and addressing repairs as they arise, normal wear and tear is to be expected in any actively used residence. Minor cosmetic imperfections, signs of age, ordinary settling, and routine wear that do not affect the safety, habitability, or intended use of the property shall not constitute a defect or misrepresentation and are not grounds for a refund, credit, discount, or cancellation. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that normal wear and tear is inherent to a well-maintained vacation rental and agree that such conditions do not warrant compensation. Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away! It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

Our magical, private OCEANFRONT home is the CLOSEST house to the Atlantic Ocean on Amelia Island. Our 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. The beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom is spacious. There is a private spacious hot/cold shower on the lower deck as well! Our kitchen is perfect. We have added 3 bikes! Located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island and steps from the ocean, when you visit our home for a week, you may find yourself wanting to stay a month.

Cute 2/1 cottage on the beach that is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to an uncrowded beach. At the base of the driveway is a 150m boardwalk thru the dunes to the beach. The cottage sits behind main house and shares an entrance walkway and driveway. Although it is beach side there is no oceanview from the cottage. There is a 3 day minimum, No smoking, and a strict 3 guest limit.
