The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Four Seasons is in a quiet, residential area of Cromer. Town centre, beach and pier are just a few minutes walk. An annex to the owners' home, on one level, ideal for a couple all year round, with gas central heating & a Nest thermostat. Wi-fi & Freesat TV provided. From the lounge, patio doors open to a small balcony with seating for 2, in the owners' back garden. Parking for one car is available on the driveway.

Sunny Brook - perfect for two

Sunny Brook is a lovely detached bungalow set in the grounds of the owners home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub and restaurant, and a chip shop, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions.
