This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Enjoy camp fires and making s'mores at night. We are located on the Tug Hill Plateau with access from the cabin to the NYS snowmobile trail system.
