The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. The Saddlehouse at Wykeham

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.

Nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome at no extra cost. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields.
