Surrounded by the nature reserve and the coastline. It takes about 10 min to bike to Falsterbo Horse Show or 5 min to Skanörs Harbour. Our house was renovated in the summer of 2019 with new floors, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It’s a great house for a group of people or a family with kids. Sheets and Towels not included

Koppla av i detta fridfulla boende med kamin bara 100 meter från stranden. Från huset är det 100 meter promenad till Lomma Beach som är en fin sandstrand. Ni kan enkelt gå ner och ta exempelvis ett härligt morgondopp! Flertalet naturområden och naturreservat inom gångavstånd. I övrigt finns det i närheten flera vandringsleder som korsar den fina naturen. På gångavstånd ligger Lomma centrum där det finns både matbutiker, restauranger och andra aktiviteterna. Beach house in Trelleborg

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.
