Renovated in 2022! This home is in a central location off of Maravista on a quiet street. Close to everything Falmouth has to offer! Grocery stores (.5 mile), beach (1.5 miles), Great Pond walking path (.5 mile), downtown Falmouth (1.5 miles) and Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard (1.4 miles). Please note: - Home is professionally cleaned between guests and treated by Terminix, though the occasional bug can still appear. - A car is recommended on Cape Cod. - There are window AC units.

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
