Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *Winter 2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

You are close to everything when you stay at this centrally located studio. Ski in/ski out (normal snow conditions) Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars & cosy places to hang by the fire. An in-house restaurant makes for an easy night of dining in. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a microwave allows you to come home for lunch or a snack, or stay in the studio for a meal at night. Sauna, communal ski room, drying room, ski hire within the complex. Direct access outside via the rear hallway.

Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
