Mas Prats wird zu einer ruhigen Ecke, die zum Ausruhen und Genießen einer einzigartigen ländlichen Umgebung zwischen der Costa Brava und den Gavarres einlädt. Das einstöckige Haus ist zugänglich, geräumig und sehr hell und von jedem Raum aus kann man die Felder oder den Wald sehen. Die Vögel hören zu. Zwei große Fenster verbinden das Haus nach außen, wo die Veranda zum Genießen der Landschaft einlädt. Die Dekoration ist minimalistisch und sie dominieren die klaren Töne und das Holz. Eine ideale Wahl für jede Jahreszeit.

Nuestra acogedora casa es ideal para parejas, amigos, familias y aventureros, con o sin hijos, con o sin animales, que deseen un entorno tranquilo, rural y poco turístico. Rico en senderismo y rutas, o simplemente para relajarse y descansar... en ambos casos, para desconectar ;) Es interesante que sepáis que hay un pequeño supermercado que tiene todo lo necesario y más a 5 minutos en coche desde la casa, en el pueblo de St.Esteve de Llémena. Y también tienen abierto los domingos!: El Super Anna.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Aquest edifici forma part d'una antiga masia catalana datada a principis del segle XV. Ha estat reformada en diverses fases, la darrera al 2018. Aprofitant el perímetre de la vivenda principal, la rehabilitació ha donat com a resultat un apartament adossat a una piscina i una casa de dues plantes annexa. El conjunt de vivenda més jardí, més el bosc que la envolta es podria definir com una combinació d'arquitectura civil medieval, actualitzada amb materials moderns i detalls de disseny.

renoviertes Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert über 3 Stockwerke mit mehr als 100 m². Auf 1400 Metern Höhe und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, blumigen Garten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal, den Canigou und den Massiven der Carança. Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.
