L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

**Wir bieten Frühstück gegen Aufpreis und auf Anfrage an. Auch Mietwagen inkl. Abholung und Bringung zum Flughafen** Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen und bergischen Landschaft in 550 Höhenmetern. Es ist 15 KM vom Strand entfernt. Das Ferienhaus hat einen privaten Garten mit Pool (nicht beheizt). Touriorte wie zB. die Vulkaninseln sind per PKW zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Eisdielen und Restaurants ebenfalls. Zum Strand benötigt man mit einem Auto ungefähr 20 Minuten.

Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
