There is also a cozy book nook to curl up with your favorite novel. On top of that, this home sleeps 6 comfortably and has ample parking. The apartment is ideally situated just a short walk to Creamer’s Field, the fairgrounds, and a beautiful bike path for exploration.

A peaceful retreat. Very comfortable, modern, quiet one bedroom suite with a complete kitchen and washer and dryer. In the country yet close to town. Beautiful, bucolic setting with loads of outdoor potential, hiking, biking, skiing. There is a wood stove heated Aurora viewing hut for your use a three minute walk from the suite. Quiet and private. Three minute drive to world class cross country skiing, hiking, biking trails. Nine minutes to the most popular shopping district in Fairbanks.

Midnight Sun Suite

Be my guest! I have a cozy little ground level suite in my home, that is available now and then when friends and family are not staying with me. You enter through a shared side garage door but have your own private space with the all the basics for a short or long visit! We are close enough to town to see it, but in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Your view may be wildflowers in the summer or on those special winter nights you may see the Northern Lights dancing outside your window!

North Pole Cottage Studio

Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of North Pole. Clean and spacious studio that is close to famous Chinese cuisine Pagoda, local coffee shops, and grocery store. Only a 7 min drive to the Santa Claus house and 4 min drive to Safeway. Enjoy home away from home with King size bed, kitchenette, and oversized bathroom. Large walk in closet for storing clothing is a hidden addition to this studio. Studio has a wrap around deck where you can enjoy time outside in local neighborhood.

We have been hosting artists, friends and family in our guest suite for over 25 years. less than 15 minutes from downtown, nestled in a birch forest. This clean, cozy and private suite sits above our separate (not for guest use) Howling Bear Studio, a multimedia facility in operation since 1987. Close to nature hikes and world class cross country skiing. Recently remodeled bathroom and kitchenette, comfortable full size bed in bedroom on main floor, and a sleeping loft above, with king bed.

Designed for visitors looking for a relaxing space in town. Close to the University for any guests doing business at UAF. The location is close to great food (Quickie's Taco's, Bahn Thai Express, The Pita Place, and College Town Pizza) There is also a laundromat conveniently one block away for long term guests. High speed internet, wall mounted TV with Netflix, YouTubeTV and Amazon Prime. The Retreat also features and HRV air system that provides fresh clean air continuously.

Beautiful and spacious daylight basement unit in the hills in west Fairbanks. Just a short 10 minute drive from the airport, but it feels like you're away from it all. This unit is located in the downstairs of our home, so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs. We recommend AWD vehicle for winter use.
