Was ihr unternehmen werdet

The session is a blend of mindfulness based experiences. The goal is to awaken your senses with Sri Lankan smells, tastes, sounds, etc. so you can enjoy a more mindful trip and a more mindful mindset, even back home. There are loads of scientific researches confirming it's great for your body and your mind, and on top of it, we'll have fun experiencing it! :)

We will start with small body mindfulness exercises and we'll then focus on the sensations, using one after the other all of our senses (sound, touch, smell, sight, taste), linking all of them with Sri Lankan specificities, and most probably new discoveries for you!..
You will then enjoy some short relaxation and meditation activities.

To finish, we'll share a home made fresh Sri Lankan Rice & Curry at the end of our time together, made by our great local cook, Ranjani.
We usually eat with a very mild level of chili in our food but can make it less or more, depending on your personal liking, so please let us know in advance!
Other things to note
The session can be done sitting crossed-legged, standing, lying down and/or on a chair. Nothing will be physically challenging.

Our house is a beautiful suburban residential house, opened onto a lush green small central garden. The session happens on the roof top, covered but open as well.
The lunch will take place in the open living room, open onto the inner lush green garden.

It was an amazing experience for me , I felt relaxed and more focused after the session . And even after many days I still could feel that my senses were improved and I could enjoy more the beauty of the nature of Sri Lanka . Thanks to Rachel and her family as well , they are so welcoming and nice . We got to spend some nice time getting to know each other more. Thanks Rachel for this calming experience .
