(Which is a real bonus in Exmouth.)

The house was the home of a well known local artist for many years and has undergone a total renovation in 2025 to bring it up to date whilst retaining all the original features and charm. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
