This beautiful home is family friendly and definitely perfect for hot Texas weather! The backyard has a cool swimming pool with a back netted patio. The large fenced yard is perfect for your pets. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. There is plenty of seating for large groups too. House even has a double car garage. Check out my reviews at my other places as this is brand new! Many restaurants, retail stores and a mall nearby. (However no parties and no large gatherings allowed)

Close to the hospital district, Magnolia Ave, TCU and more . It’s just a short drive/Uber to Dickie’s Arena, downtown, and our amazing museum district.
