There are many fantastic restaurants and bars right on our doorstep as well as lots of the Lake Districts most scenic hiking trails. The Chimes Bed and Breakfast suite

Bed and breakfast in a beautiful location; on the edge of Porthleven a seaside village and five minutes for the coast in the car, or twenty minutes on foot. Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. It is also possible to book private yoga sessions ( I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher) while staying at the Chimes , in my purpose built on site studio, please message and enquire if interested in booking this during your stay. Lake view double room B&B Pletna Bled

Lake View B&B Pletna is one of only a few family-run guest houses ideally located directly across from the lake, where we also rent boats. On AirBnB only 3 (out of 5) rooms are listed. Two doubles and a triple one are separate units and as such need to be booked separately. Air conditioning was installed in May 2016. Please, note that our room-service type breakfast is optional and can be ordered on request at 12€ per person. Buffet breakfast is possible at the nearby pension.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

B&B with lovely lochside views

Spacious bedroom with private bathroom, located on the lochside of a lovely Highland village, close to Eilean Donan Castle and the Isle of Skye. The bedroom has stunning views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A cooked breakfast is served in a bright open plan kitchen with homemade toasted bread and homemade jam, and freshly brewed coffee and tea. Good parking available. Within walking distance of the castle and the local pub, which serves excellent food.
