This 536 s.f. house, believed to have once been a sleeping shanty for railroad crews switching shifts for the night. Fully renovated and updated in 2021 by a local artist, you will find custom metal art throughout, granite countertops and a very warm cabin feel featuring a kitchen and bathroom finished with locally sourced Missouri dark red cedar, 10 minutes from six flags, Purina farms 15 min from hidden valley and 45 min from downtown this place is in a great location and will not disappoint!

We want you to feel relaxed and at home as you enjoy the equine activities as well as the cozy log cabin and all its features and amenities! Enjoy views of the lush property and relax as you watch the horses graze and roam. We offer customized horsemanship opportunities that accommodate each person's level of comfort and ability. This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.
