This contemporary Northwest space includes a spacious living area with a new king-sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, private sauna and hot tub, and a spacious deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets.​​ Located within walking distance to the University, coffee shops, Amazon Pool, and neighborhood stores. The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

College Hill Garden Cottage

This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Hidden from the street w/ a gated driveway for maximum privacy & secluded feel, yet close to everything!

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.
