Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Das Haus (100 m2) ist auf dem Land in einer sehr ruhigen Lage gelegen und hat ein schoenes Blick auf dem Land. Das Haus bietet den Gaesten ein PRIVATES POOL (ab 15 April) UND EINEN PRIVATEN GARTEN. Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Toskana zu besichtigen und die Gaeste koennen z.B Florenz(35 Min)Siena ,Pisa und Lucca (50 Min) und die Straende der Toskana mit dem Auto erreichen. Es ist von Olivenbaumen umgeben. Dieses Haus ist die perfekte Loesung fuer eine Familie mit Kindern oder fuer Freunden.

Selvabella is a farmhouse situated in the heart of Tuscany, half way between Greve and Panzano in Chianti. Just 35 km from Florence and Siena it is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Chianti. Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 m². It has a double bedroom with AC, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds and equipped with a tower fan, a large bathroom and a kitchenette (fridge, sink, small oven and 2 burners gasfire). It is the perfect place for lovers of nature, cooking and pottery.

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.
