Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

Idéalement situés, à 15mn de l aéroport, 30mn du port de Bastia, et 20mn de la plage (en voiture), Elba et Montecristo sont 2 chalets nichés entre mer et montagne, sur les hauteurs de la commune Borgo, dans un cadre boisé , face aux Îles d’Elbe et de Montecristo. Chaque chalet peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec une terrasse extérieure et une très belle vue sur les Îles. Il est composé de 2 chambres avec 1 séjour et une cuisine équipée, wifi, clim, une sdb avec douche italienne et un WC séparé.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.
