Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Barn apt w/ a view- perfect, peaceful getaway!

When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!
