Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Nov - May snowy/icy conditions are possible, a 4WD/AWD is necessary. Appropriate footwear w/ traction is recommended to navigate stairs/property.
