Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Urlaub ohne Auto, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof Estepona mit direkten Bussen vom und zum Flughafen Malaga. Der größte Supermarkt von Estepona ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, bietet die Unterkunft kostenlose Gemeinschaftsparkplätze. Das moderne 2-Schlafzimmer-Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, die um einen wunderschönen Garten mit großem Gemeinschaftspool (geöffnet von April bis Oktober) und direktem Zugang zum Meer gebaut ist. Das Tor im Garten führt Sie direkt zum Küstenpfad, dem Fuß- und Radweg, der die gesamte Costa del Sol verbindet. Ein etwa 1 km langer Spaziergang entlang des Wassers bringt Sie in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Estepona mit ihren Restaurants und Geschäften. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich die gut ausgestattete Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit einem Esstisch, 8 Stühlen, Sofas und einem großen Flachbildfernseher, sowie einer Toilette. Im Obergeschoss sind die beiden Schlafzimmer mit modernen Boxspringbetten und zwei Badezimmer, eines davon en suite im Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick, der ideale Ort, um Ihren Morgenkaffee oder abends ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich mit Terrasse und elektrischem Grill - der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Essen im Freien. Das Haus ermöglicht ein komfortables Wohnen für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (auf Klappbetten). Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ausgezeichnetes WLAN, Klimaanlage (warm und kalt) in allen Zimmern, Sonnenliegen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, und Strandtücher, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Partys und laute Versammlungen sind streng verboten.

Welcome to Estepona! After many years on the Costa del Sol, we have built our own home in the old town of Estepona. Next to the house, we have a separate guesthouse available for rent. The guesthouse is 110 square meters and can accommodate four people. Guests can relax in the patio or enjoy the views of the old town from the terrace on the third floor. You’ll be staying in a central location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops.
