With easy access to Porto & Gaia waterfront, the apartment is just 150m from the famous landmarks of Jardim do Morro & Ponte Luis bridge. Transport links are all around with General Torres train station just 200m away plus metro & bus stops nearby. The Port wine cellars & old town Gaia are a short stroll with dozens of great restaurants & cafés in the vicinity.

Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Reabilitada no primeiro semestre de 2020, resulta da reconstrução de uma casa típica da região, onde se procurou manter, além da volumetria, a personalidade e a aura romântica do espaço, com respeito total pela envolvente natural.

Located in Melres, 25km (highway) from Porto city center. Quiet and beautiful, with a magnificent salt water pool, and lovely spots for trekking. Also located at 2 km from Rio Douro, were you can enjoy a fantastic boat ride, water ski, wakeboard etc... Free fresh bread every morning.

CASA ANTÓNIO> AMAZING GARDEN AMONG BEACH & PORTO

"Casa do António" (Antonio House) is located in one of the housing conglomerates called “ilhas” ou “bairros”. Villa Santa Bárbara is one of these “ilhas” and has only three houses: Casa Antonio, Casa Maria and Casa Adriana. Casa António is a typical house, with old masonry walls. Its decoration is based on Portuguese tradition. It is a very charming house. It is like a secret place in the city.

Villa located in the heart of the Geopark, 2 km from the center of Arouca and 50 km from the city of Porto (about 50 minutes). The accommodation has a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. The large swimming pool, small heated pool (solar panels), room with jacuzzi and gym, barbecue and football field are areas to be shared.

Un très grand salon cuisine de 90m2, est composé d’un très beau canapé d angle, un très bel îlot central très cosi. Vous allez vous sentir au calme dans un cadre à 150m de la plage.
