Two-bedroom apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed and two Twin Beds. Big kitchen, comfortable living room, and AC in every room. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in Esperanza, two blocks from the famous tourist district, the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.
