There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

The whole family will love this classic College Hill home! Adults can sit and relax on the covered front porch while keeping an eye on the kids playing at the park only yards away! All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for!

For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and plenty of fish to catch. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Come stay in a cozy private suite; walking distance from main street shopping, restaurant/coffee shop, Carnegie library and more! Suite offers a queen size adjustable bed, flat screen tv, microwave, dishes and apartment size refrigerator/freezer for all your snacks, treats, and drinks.
