Fully modernised 2 bedroomed entire flat on the top floor of a Victorian house; accessed by 5 flights of stairs. Whilst we do accept pets, it is not suitable for young children under 12 years. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.

Annex room with small ensuite above our garage. Own private separate entrance. We are 3.9 miles from the city centre, a 10 minute drive. Short walk to bus stop at the end of our street. Within walking distance, the perfect location for staff patients & visitors going to Derriford Hospital & The Peninsula Centre. Marjons is also a short drive & Plymouth Argyle too. We are a 5 minute drive from Manadon A38. Parkway.
