We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.
